When you do your workout you will use this mp3 to guide you through the workout. The prompts in the mp3 will tell you when to push hard and when to rest.

Step 1: Give yourself some space
You wont need a lot of space, just enough to do a little exercise.
Step 2: Get ready to do a few burpees
Step 3: Get Started
Whenever you are ready, click play on the mp3 player below.
The music will give you 30 seconds to get ready, it will build in intensity and then you will get prompted to sprint. I would like you to do a set of burpees, I want you to exercise for a full 30 seconds.
...What do you think? A huge difference, right?
I know it's much better with headphones but you still get the idea.
